Centre for the Study of Italian Grammar

The Centre for the Study of Italian Grammar was created in 1969, but started its activities, designed to promote the study of historical, descriptive and normative grammar, in 1974, under the direction of Giovanni Nencioni. The Centre, now directed by Nicoletta Maraschio, is responsible for the publication of the periodical "Studi di grammatica italiana" (Studies in Italian grammar) and a series of essays on the history and theory of grammar.
